Wayne brings a diverse business background to The Field Group. He has four decades of experience with major corporations like Goldman Sachs and MetLife, as well as with a sports wagering startup operating in Las Vegas and the UK. His consulting firm, Future Tools and Technology, created and sold Windows programming tools to corporations. His particular expertise lies in optimizing an organization’s tech operations, from hardware and networks, to application programming and workflows. He also advises on pitch planning, product strategy, market definition, team development, capital raises, overall business analysis and long term application. Wayne has served on several nonprofit boards, lending leadership expertise to those organizations, and was instrumental in helping to launch the Hudson Valley Startup Fund, playing a crucial role in evaluating the Fund’s angel investments. He continues to be an active Advisor and Angel Investor in numerous early stage companies.
